SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Outlashed currently ships anywhere in the United States (including military bases) and anywhere in Canada (for an extra shipping fee). We do not ship internationally outside of Canada at this time. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

REFUND POLICY

  Due to health and safety regulations Outlashed cannot accept returned products that have been opened. If your product is defective or damaged  please contact us within three business days of receipt and we will ship a new product to you once the unopened/unsealed product has been returned back to us. (Please Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable). Once your order is placed we do not accept exchanges,cancellations, or refunds on any orders.​ Please consult with us if you have any questions or concerns before placing your order. Products returned back to outlashedbyfauwnia.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. Missing scheduled appointments without prior notice will not prohibit you from scheduling in the future; however a $20 fee will be applied to your next service. Being 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will cost you an additional $15 fee. Being more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will cause your appointment to be cancelled.

 In order to buy from Outlashed,we request certain information from you that you must provide like contact information (i.e.name and shipping address) and financial information (i.e. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
